I finally got Windows 10 1809 four days ago, already installed four
updates to keep the OS current.

Finally after spending many hours installing many Windows 10 updates on
my computer, MS finally added something for the average user.

While I did not read anything about this in the 1809 reviews, I was
working through the Settings page and found System, Clipboard in the
Setting. I found the MS has given the OS the ability to let the user
have access to multiple clippings.

In an active window ie word processor, speardsheet, notepad, ect. the
Windows key + v brings a list of past strings that have been copied.
Click the string you want from the list it is pasted. Also it is
cleared when the system is rebooted. (With me when ever I finish using
the computer)

This will be a feature that will be used a lot.

Yet it is imperfect.
The rectangular snip cannot be assigned a fixed
ratio that might be used for efficient printing.
