Default Taskbar buttons squished thin after IE 8 install...

Hello,

After upgrading Internet Explorer 7 to 8, the application buttons in my
taskbar have shrunk down to being very thin horizontally. It now just shows
the icon and one letter.

I have tried resizing the taskbar vertically larger and smaller hoping to
reset the icons. I have also tried rebooting and changing the grouping
options on and off.

Please help me get the taskbar buttons back to their normal width.

Thank you,
Mark
