Default Reading old emails in Yahoo inbox

I need to access the emails in my Yahoo inbox from July 1, 2013. Going "back" page by page will take days. Anyone know a way to get to old emails?

Assuming I can get to those pages, is there a way to export all emails in a specific date period? For example 7/1/13 - 9/30/13.

Thanks.

Snuffy

If you organize the emails into folders (for example, a folder for
each month), you will only have to scroll through the pages once.

You cannot avoid the bow wave forever.

Snuffy,

Going "back" page by page will take days. Anyone know a
way to get to old emails?

Look at the url of the first page of messages. Go back one page and look
again (eventually repeat for a third page). There is a good chance you will
notice a change in the form of an incremented value. If you do you can
probably change that number by a bit more than just one, thereby jumping
further back in time. Try incrementing in steps of 50, 100 or even more
than that.

Thanks very much, Rudy!! Very simple and works great!!

Now on to step 2... I can select all the emails on a page... Can I forward them as a batch to my non-yahoo account, either by exporting as a file or by email?

Snuffy,

Thanks very much, Rudy!! Very simple and works great!!

You're welcome. :-)

Now on to step 2...

I hope someone else can help you with that, as I have no access to, nor any
idea how Yahoo's webmail works.

Having said that, there is a program that can help you to automate
repetitive actions on a webpage. The program is (quite apropriatily) named
"AutoIt". If you can't find an exporting function for Yahoos webmail it
could probably not hurt to take a look at it.

Thanks again. Glad to find out about that program.

As long as I can get to the pages, it's fine for me to spend a couple of hours forwarding one by one.
