We have a duty to correct mis-information when presented.

And that is in case someone refers to the written content in
future as "authoritative".

Once you make a public posting, the assumption is
you stand by your statements, and are ready to
corroborate them as needed. If you are unsure
of the material, couch your statements with
"I think..." or "I guess" or "Maybe". Don't
make a statement "It's like this blah blah blah..."
and expect to go unchallenged. Someone will challenge
you if you make statements in that way.

That's how this system works. You're not a God,
just mortal like everyone else here.

No, I shouldn't.

If you're going to sing and dance in public, you will get opinions on
your performance. If you spout incorrect **** in public, you will be
corrected. That's just how it works. With luck, you will learn that
when you grow up.

If you present the exact path C:\some\path
this would help us greatly. This is what
collaboration is all about.

What you said was "It actually does make hidden partitions that you cant see."

A partition is VERY different than a "hidden folder".

If you get your teminology straight, you won't be corrected. And if you get the
chip off your shoulder, you might politely recognise other's corrections.

Your skills or knowledge are not evident.

You're confused by technical terminology, and you don't know to spell,
capitalize, or punctuate a sentence. THAT IS A FACT

Maybe that 25 yrs of skills an experience too a hiatus a few days ago.

On 12/1 those skills stated:
"It actually does make hidden **partitions** that you cant see."

On 12/8 those same skills stated:
"it does use hidden **back up folders** i use it I KNOW.
clase closed"

Which skilled statement was correct ? If the latter, then those same
skills, now back from hiatus, with a little bit of personal insight
should provide some understanding of the reason you were challenged as
being incorrect.

i.e. It should be apparent that the criticism was justified especially
since the term *partitions* went on its own hiatus shortly after your
skills returned from their hiatus.

I assume it was unintentional, but thank you for proving my point.

AL'S COMPUTERS

Whoever Al is, if he ever sees what you post here you'll be out on your
ass. If I ever went to Al's Computers and discovered you were working
there, I get out of there in a hurry and go somewhere they employ at
least barely-competent people, that is, people who know the difference
between a "folder" and a "partition", and who knows what a period is.
