When i Tried To Install Either Service Pack I Get An
Error That atapi.sys is open or is in use or sumthing
like that how do i fix this?

I had the same problem simply deleted the file and the install went
fine .that was a week ago and have had no problems at all. or just move
or rename the file to be safe.
