Movie maker shuts down whenever adding a transition or an effect

Default Movie maker shuts down whenever adding a transition or an effect

Hi, someone please help me, movie maker 2 shuts down
after i try to put in an effect, i can't do anything
about it. Could someone please give me some advice as of
what to do.

Check the info at

particularly the hardware acceleration and clashing codecs section. The good
news is that you have a 'standard issue' that can be resolved or worked
around.

Yeah that's what i though too at first, the hardware
acceleration, i haven't messed around with it yet..i'll
try now, thanx alot for the link
