MSN v5 or Windows Messenger 4.7?
I am confused - there appears to be two different Messengers for XP - MSN v5
or Windows Messenger 4.7. Initially only v4.7 was available for WinXP. My question is, is MSN v5 supposed to be the one to migrate to or is another version of Windows Messenger coming out? I haven't found a roadmap from Microsoft to explain what they are intending with these different versions...

MSN Messenger 5 is not necessarily for XP.. it works in all MS OS'es.. MS
are due to release WINDOWS Messenger 5 at some point in the future.. I believe that a beta version is in existence.. "Tyson Ackland" wrote in message ...
