Default Windows Movie Maker not loading

Hi!

I downloaded Windows Movie Maker from the Windows site about a month back. I
used this program to create two movies, one of which I was finally able to
burn yesterday (through MyDVD.) Yet today when I tried to open the Windows
Movie Maker to convert my second movie to a video file (I hadn't gotten to
before hand) the program would not open. Neither Windows Movie Maker nor the
project file, (I'm not sure if "project file is the correct term...O_o) even
after I tried several times.

Can anyone tell me what is wrong?

mj ^_^
