This appeared on my Windows 8.1 computer. Does any one have any idea of
what it is.

I have a Toshiba laptop computer, a Samsung Gusto II cell telephone, a
Nook and a Garmin. I also use a Bluetooth device to connect to my cell
phone

Should it be removed.

It disappeared from the Other Devices Menu as I started checking on it,
Could it be a virus.

It's for a device with an Omap processor.

There's an Omap list here. Nook is on the list.
Samsung is on the list, but no Gusto. Garmin
is not on the list.

That makes it part of some Nook thing you installed.

The laptop is likely to be x86 based. Omap is ARM based.

Just a guess.

Then it was probably picked it up when my wife was using her Nook. So
there is nothing to worry about.
