Default Setting up to do automatic cleanup

I've tried to get to computer to do automatic cleanup. Having problems with
accepting my command. I have used default system as administrator and I have
tried to put in my own password but to no avail. I'm not deeply technical
just know enough to get into trouble.

What exactly is "automatic cleanup"?

Windows XP's built-in Administrator account is a system account, not a
user account, and you should not treat it as a user account. The system
Administrator account is a way to access the computer when a user
account becomes corrupted.
