Default XP SP3 missing Security Tab

Hi,
My operating system is XP sp3, formatted with NTFS and it is on a domain. I
had exchange 2003 management tools on the pc and I then installed exchange
2007 management tools onto the same PC. I then noticed that my security tab
and dfs tab (when viewing dfs drives) were missing.
So I then uninstalled exchange 2003 management tools, but I still have the
same problem.
When I look at an XP SP2 system which had the same configuration (i.e. both
management tools), all is OK.
Also on an XP sp3 pc, which just has exchange 2007 management tools, all is
OK as well.
Can anyone suggest a way of getting the security tab back. I'm sure it is
just registry entry or dll re-register, but I haven't been able to find the
answer yet.

Thx
