Can't print, Preview, go to windows update site, or see drop down lists on this

please help! I try to print from outlook and/or ie 6.0 and
nothing happens. I can't got to the update site, it seems
like its going then it says done in the bottom left corner
and nothing on the screen. I try to do a print preview
and get a grey screen. Also I can't see anything in the
drop down lists on the support site. It's not surf fairy.
I have no Idea how to fix this and am going crazy. Please
help

Can you provide some more information as to why you can't print? Do you see
an error message? Do you not see the printer at all? Does printing work from
other applications?
