Default Outlook Express

I am running XP and downloaded SP3 and several security
patches to my Office programs and now Outlook Express
cannot access my address book or open any e-mails or
attachments. I received an Error 0x8004104F,8 message.
There was also a .dll error message, but I forgot to
write it down. My address book still exists, it just
can't be opened by the program. How do I link it back up?
