Just looking around to find out what type of questions
and answers I can get from using this sort of help line I
am new to this.

Basically you can ask anything you want. There are a lot of MSFT groups
though so try to keep your post "on topic" in regards to what youre asking
(ie. dont ask MS Word questions in the XP newsgroups, etc).
