Default Error 1334

I was using PCBugDoctor trying to get my Windows XP home box to work better.
I inadvertently deleted my files related to Earthlink, my ISP. Now when I
try to download and install Total Access from Earthlink, I get Error 1334,
can't find file in Data1.cab.

Has any one had this problem?

Have you called Earthlink support?
