shut down problem

hi,
my computer often shut downs with a warning when i use it with LAN and
internet setting concurrently.
system shut down within 3 or 5 minutes when i change internet setting.
system doesn't shut down in LAN setting but with internet setting.
shut down warning is "C:\Windows\System32\Isass.exe is unexpected
terminated automatically".
So, let me know what can i do with this problem.

How do you connect to the internet. I guess Issa.exe, may be infected with
(Trojan), do you have AV up to date,and you scanned your computer for Trojan
and Adware,Please try to download and Scan for the Viruses and Adware and see
what you will get and the error if it will go or still appear after scanning.
Download the Stinger from the following;

and for adware ;
