Doesn't Newsleecher *reply* to EXISTING threads instead of having to
create a NEW thread for your reply? Or was that an "oops" on your part
perhaps due to your nymshifting here?

Does Newsleecher really add TWO sigdash lines to your posts or is it
misconfigured? It looks like you added the sigdash line to your
signature and Newsleecher adds one when you have a non-blank signature
so you end up with two sigdash lines?

Do you really feel compelled to *spam* here your choice of NNTP client?
Or are you using some web-based gateway that leeches to/from Usenet
(i.e., HTTP to NNTP gateway) with the result that all posts through
there get spamified by that Usenet provider? If so, consider all your
posts through there to be spam and you their voluntary spamming
affiliate. If Newsleecher is adding the spam, configure it to not add
its spam signature. If you are using a web-based portal (HTTP-to-NNTP
gateway for forum to Usenet leeching) then you'll need to consider using
a different Usenet provider. Otherwise, all your posts are spam due to
the inclusion of the spam signature.

but now disconnected) as MAX and with a different e-mail address who
also signs as Luke. TheStoneCrusher aka Luke aka MAX all post through
usenet-news.com. So under how many nyms or sockpuppets do you publish?
Please pick ONE nym and stick with it. Nymshifting and sockpuppets are
used by trolls.

Hi Max,

You will never know how helpful you have been. The folders have
reappeared! and I found the 'reply' tab for 'newsleecher'. I
believe that it adds the two dashes - I know how upsetting this can
be, and I apologize. I think I have removed them from this posting.
