You will note that unless I 'tick extra boxes' some folders will remain installed on my computer when I click the 'Remove' button. Might they be being left as 'spies within'? Please help if you are able. TIA Addendum! You know all this 'stuff' is magic to me! 😉 I installed KS VPN again - did nothing with it apart from one log-in attempt (successful) and then used AppCleaner again to uninstall. The current uninstall file/folders is shown on the right-hand side of this screenshot .... https://ibb.co/yWwVF13 Puzzle - WHY are they different?!! Just a guess, but as it connects to more servers it creates more folders. Thank you. :-) You may like to discuss this with 'Paul' in the Windows 10 newsgroup. There are also things like saved application states which might grow over time. Would have to look more carefully at the folders / files to get any better idea (and even then likely would not know the full reason). Is it your considered opinion that the Keep Solid VPN - available from the Apple App Store - is a 'bonio fido' genuine product which is in no way malicious? (Windows 10 newsgroup added) |

I know nothing of it but I would not be that concerned. Apple is usually pretty good about catching bad apps... though things can slip through.
