My PC Needs .NET Framework 3.5

Where can I get an install of .NET Framework 3.5 ?

Old Win XP Home Laptop needs .NET Framework 3.5 for an app that I need
to have running.

I tried Windows Update and it only offered 4.0 which I intstalled but
the App still requests 3.5.

Where can I get an install of .NET Framework 3.5 ?

Very interesting that MS is still offering updated to Win XP.

Wonder if it is worth it to do these other updates ?

It depends on whether you are intelligent enough to use google or not.
Google has most of the answers to questions asked by idiots like you,
and the good thing is it forgets nothing. So either use Google or hire
a technician with appropriate visa to work in your country who can fix
and help you with such problems.

I was not cross when I cross posted, just that my provider allows
multiple groups. lol

Thank you so much ! I was able to install 3.5 from your information.
My app is now running. It took a while as my little laptop is slow but
I love my little Win XP Home Acer Aspire One Netbook laptop. You do not
see tiny laptop like that any more but it is so handy. I got a new
large battery for it and it runs for almost 8 hours.

Check it didn't install a plugin in your browser. Older
versions of Firefox would warn you about it, as it's a serious
security risk. Dunno about Chrome or IExplorer.
If you are not using that particular machine to access the
Internet, ignore the warning.
