Default Moveuser.exe doesn't work with XP SP2

We have been using moveuser.exe when migration from our
NT4-domain to our 2000-domain.
But moveusers.exe doesn't work on machine with Windows XP
SP2!!!

Any ideas?

I just ran into this problem today. It's an added security measure
that Microsoft introduces with XP sp2 and the RPC service.

To resolve this issue, add the two registry keys specified in this KB
article - http://tinyurl.com/46wvg - and reboot the machine.

If you are running the app from an XP sp2 workstation then you will
need to add these settings locally too.
