Publish photo to the web, can we add different providers ?

Hi you all.

Recently, yahoo changed their briefcases policy and now direct access to
photos needs to be in photos.yahoo.com and not in briefcase.yahoo.com

Using the winXp publish to the web option, it only suggest me MSN groups and
Yahoo briefcases. I am looking to publish to Yahoo photos, not the
briefcase.

Anybody knows how to add Y! photo on the publish wizard on WinXP home
edition
