Default System Restored Turned Off After 1709 Update

I think it may have been discussed before, but on mine, it was turned off by
the update.
So, just make sure you check if you upgraded and want it running.

Weird. Mine was left on but I had it on before the update. The new
update does have some weird characteristics. I noticed that it turned my
hibernation file back on after the update. I ran Windirstat and noticed
it so I had to open Powershell and run the command to turn it back off.

Yes, it turns System restore off and Hibernate back on with a big
hiberfile, It also resets a huge new Swapfile back in Winodows C:\.
