Change the password to null, no characters.

Change the password to null,* no characters.

Run netplwiz, untick the box and choose user.

netplwiz

untick the "users must enter password box"
and enter your password when prompted.

Many more examples here.

Using the automatic signin handles bootup.
However, if you sleep the machine, you'll
still be prompted for a password.

Removing the password sounds like fun, but I'm always
worried about blow-back when doing something like that.
There's bound to be at least one case, where a security
procedure requires an existing password to be present.

Windows 10 has multiple login methods.

1) PIN
2) Windows Hello (Intel RealSense camera analyzes your face)
3) Password
+) Fingerprint?
SmartCard ?
I think there's even some scheme where holding onto
a SmartPhone, you can do the login from there.

Too many methods for me to keep track of them all.

The Windows Hello might be the fastest one. At
least the demo video of it was fast.

And whatever you do, don't let anyone else near your machine. Not even
"People I Trust".

Is it that hard to remember a simple password? A blank password is an
easy password.
