Some time ago I posted about MSN news flipping to another article when I
scrolled, Despite all your help and all my efforts I was not able to
correct it. I also sent feedback to Microsoft Re Pauls advice
Now suddenly a couple days ago it came back to normal and is now working
fine, So I am assuming the problem was in the App itself and Microsoft
fixed it.

And hopefully you'll never reach anything like 96, and we'll be done
with your snide comments!
