Bull****. When I first bought the HP machine that I'm currently using I
contacted them several times and I was never charged for anything
because it was under warranty. Sounds like you got scammed.

When I did a Google search for HP support there were a lot of sites that
were absolutely not HP.

Many of them put the "registered trademark" symbol after the "HP"

Actual HP site did not

And it will remain so. We've been through this already at least once.
The MO: the OP presents a highly dubious scenario, then procedes to
decline to clarify, instead to offer blatent lies and contradictions.

We're being played. Again. Probably by a previous offender (anybody
else remember "Valorie"?)

It's disgusting. Human nature wants to give people the benefit of a
doubt and and trust them. This kind of trolling only serves to erode
the instinct of kindness and promote cynical evil.

You get free tech support for one year with a brand new pc for one year from

tech support department and ask for a supervisor and explane what happend i
would not be suprized if you get your money back.

You don't need to pay at all. Just download Windows ISO from Micro$oft
and do a clean install on the HP machine. Hardware drivers should be
available at HP's website by looking for the model number.

That's what I would do. You should download the network interface driver
first to avoid the possibility of having no internet access afterward.

We have now learned the OP is a troll so it's a moot point.

If I buy a brand new computer and there is a problem it's going back to
the place where I bought it from and exchanged.

Not my job to repair a brand new computer...and even if I had to I would
use the recovery partition. Especially if it's an HP which is really
simple to use.

I have even gotten them to eat costs on parts after it from time to time to keep the client happy
