Default Remote Assistance

I was wondering if anyone has a walkthrough on how I could configure the
following:

I want remote assistance to be simply a double click icon that will do the
following:

I want it to send the invitation to with a password that
the IT administrators set for a period of 30 minutes.

I want this to be as transparent has possible for the end users.

Thank you,

G

I have no experience with Remote Assistance, hence I cannot directly
answer your question. However, you can do this with third-party
products, e.g. with WinVNC. Installation at the remote end is easy
and operation at the remote end consists of nothing other than clicking
a shortcut. Installation at your end is demanding whereas operation
at your end is trivial. Post again if you need more details.
