Default Limited file permissions

Having previously used SteadyState (since uninstalled), which didn't suit my
requirements, a User account now only allows file/folder saving/editing etc.
in the My Documents thread and the relevant directories used by Internet
Explorer. I've discovered that features in certain children's programs that
require the creation of either temporary files or to automatically save
minimal data such as a name or points are affected.
