Does a Win clock app exist that has ClocX functionality, but digital output?

I love ClockX functionality; but I wish ClocX had a small digital output choice.
http://www.clockx.net

My use model is simple:
1. The system time zone is set to change randomly at random times.
2. Then I set ClocX to a fixed local time zone (e.g., to PST or whatever).
3. ClocX then always displays local time despite the random system TZ.

This works GREAT!
o The only problem is I'd like ClocX to be digital, and a lot smaller.
