from google

How to open
Click the Keynote icon to open the web app. Click the gear button at the
top of Keynote to open a menu. Select the Upload Presentation option on
that menu. Browse to the folder that includes the Keynote file, select
it and press the Open button to open the Keynote presentation in the web
app.Feb 20, 2019

There are many different kinds of .key files. Go to filext.com to see
what they are and what you need to open each type.

And make a note of the URL filext.com.It's an excellent place to get
answers to all such questions

x509 ssl keys? Maybe this will help. If not, explain what you're trying to
do. If it's the kind of key that I'm thinking of, you can open it with a
text editor (but you won't see much).

Try a universal file viewer like File Viewer Lite. It can open over
150 different types of files.

A pay version - File Viewer Plus - can open and edit over 300 file
types.
