Default Is it "OK to DELETE?" Webclient/Publisher Temporary Files?

Hello,
I want to delete all temporary files which are safe
to delete using the Control Panel's "Free Up Space"
Option for deleting cookies, and what not, in Windows XP
Service Pack 1. Can I delete "Webclient/Publisher
Temporary Files" without messing up the OPERATING SYSTEM
of Windows XP Service Pack 1? There a

Java Runtime Environment 1.4.2 Installed "NONE" Bytes?

***Why is it listed 2 times in this folder?

Any and all temp files can be deleted. If by accident you delete any needed temp folders the system simply rebuilds them. So using cleanmgr put a check mark in every box and then run it. The only box I leave unchecked is the "compress old files" but that's
because I have tons of disk space and the sytem takes longer go into any compressed files for info. If you don't know how to get at the cleanmgr simply gostart\run and type in cleanmgr and then click ok or hit enter on your keyboard. There are other ways
of doing this but this is about the simplest to explain. It can also be found in the start\all programs\accessories\system tools\ disk cleanup. Welcome to the eXPeriance. {:~)
