Default Moving Documents and Settings

Can anyone tell me how to move "Documents and Settings" in it's entirety to
a different hard drive?
My drive C: is only 10 GB and user profiles can grow to 1GB each easy.

Temporary internet files and email folders can be moved around via there
respective applications. However, if I understand correctly, to get it all,
the registry needs to be directed to the new drive location.

Thanks for any help!
Richard
