Default Where are MSN emoticons stored

I know that they are supposed to be stored in c:\documents and settings
\user\application data\microsoft\msn messenger\account number\custom
emoticons.
But there is no file labelled application data in the user file. Why
is this?
I halso tried to back up my files using a tool from baisoft.net but it
converted all the files to .MCO files or something. How can I access
the emoticons and use them in a new account?
