Default "duplicate files"

On my various pc "cleaners", in using the duplicate files deleter, they all
show 300,000,000 bytes ! how do I SAFELY delete and regain space? thanks!

Do *not* delete anything if you do not know what you're doing.

A lot of the duplicates that show up are needed to keep your machine running
properly.

You will see a lot of files that end with a .dll extension. These are very
important.

Do *not* delete anything if you do not know what you're doing or do not know
what you're deleting.
