Default message at startup

When I turn on my computer I get a message that states,
:The system cannot find the file specified. The computer
does not identify the file it cannot find so I am a lost
to find it myself. I had recently uninstalled my printer
and my "Help and support" program stated that this may be
the problem. I've since contacted Lexmark and did what
they advised, to the letter. Never the less, I still get
this message on startup. My computer is still operable but
the message is irritating and ,to my, it's telling me that
something is not right. Any advice would be appreciated.
