Default Can't

I am trying to send a fax from my computer, but when I
attempt to attach a document, it says I don't have a
printer driver to handle it.

I tried installing the Fax Console service through the
Add/Remove Windows Components screen. When doing so, I
use the Wizard according to:

http://www.microsoft.com/WindowsXP/e...e/columns/craw
ford/02october21.asp

When I go to check to see that its installed, it isn't.
What is going on here?

I'm trying to install a Fax software application that
gives me the following error:

"Application Error:Exception Exception in module
NTINST.EXE at 00026963.Failed to add printer driver.
Reason:1722 (The RPC server is unavailable. )."

I have tried everything I can think of to fix this.
HELP!!!!
