Default Hidden file?

its the recycle bin.

-----Original Message-----
My question is I have a file that is scanned every time I

do a virus scan it is called \RECYCLER\. I have no such
file on my system by that name. It seems to have alot of
files though and I wish to get rid of it. I have all the
hidden files shown but still do not see it. This drive was
in my first computer and now is in my second as a storage
drive. Problem is it is storeing alot of information and
seems like I see some old games as well.I have Norton
sytem works 2004 along with Norton personal firewall 2004
and I always keep my pc up to date
windows/antivirus/spyware checks I even have symantec and
Mcafee do scans from their sites to check me out. My
knowledge of windows file system is none at all so I'm
guessing when I say could it be the page file kept by
windows for that drive. Windows is on a seperate drive by
it's self then I have the storage drive C&D C=80gb and
D=40gb. I keep all my backups on D the storage too.

I found some references to the files in the registry how can I safely remove them. I'm new to registry editing and can not with confidence edit them out. If this key that I see is infact the files to delete.
