Default Worrying Errors

Keep getting these errors so obviously I tried to get to
the bottom of them and subsequently found thousands of
entrys in the Security tab of the vent viewer. This has
been happening for I don't know how long but last week I
thought I had fixed the problem by reinstalling MSN
Messenger for some reason this seemed to solve the
problem. But they seemed to have returned, things I have
found are that disconnecting from the Internet stops the
errors and closing MSN Messenger also stops them. There
are no virii present nor adware or spyware.

The error log contains this: Could not find a web server
at '213.38.203.69' on port 443. Please check to make sure
that the web server name is valid and your proxy settings
are set correctly. If you are sure that everything is
correct, the web server may be temporarily out of service.
