Default un and re install internet explorer?

How can I do this? I want Internet explorer to just go totally back to its
old settings and have newest updates etc...

I'm sure its al the cookie, pop up and privacy settings in IE that is giving
me problems with logging into message boards and loading JAVA games.

Service pack 2 is no good either! some really annoying points including
windows firewall which blocks popups (including after i clicked 'new post' on
this site!!!) without any warning.

I'll be turning that off later.

I've reinstalled my AOL software and still have my problems that are stated
in my 'cookies driving me MAD' post.

So I'm pretty sure its to do with IE.

Really would apreciate some help here : \

Thanks a lot,
Jay
