Ghosting from FAT32 to NTFS

I have WINXP Home and a 30GB FAT32 drive. I installed an 80GB drive,
formatted FAT32. I want the 80 GB to be the master boot drive, but in NTFS
format. I plan to replace the 30GB drive with a new 160 GB drive for backups.
Then I plan to put the 30GB drive away for emergency boot purposes.

What is the best way to get the 30GB drive transferred to 80GB drive and
have the latter be NTFS? I know I can Ghost the 30 GB to the 80 GB, but won't
that make the 80 GB drive FAT32? If so, I'm concerned that converting to NTFS
(after Ghosting) doesn't yield the best functionality.

You cannot change the partitions file system when restoring an image with
ghost.

Convert the source drive before ghosting.

Before or after won't make any difference. I'd just ghost
the drive to the 80Gig and use the convert command on it
after.

Just in case, I'd run the convert command after you the
image of the drive. If something goes wrong, just re-
image the drive again.

Partition and format this drive first. Make sure you use 4k or 8k
clusters. When cloning, there's an option to use the format of the
destination drive. Choose that option.
