Default disappearing files

OK, so I use one big folder (E:\temp) to store all my downloads until i
get around to organizing them. All was fine until most of my files
randomly disappeared. The files and folders with names starting with 0
- Bi all are there, but and files and folders past that don't show up
or register in Windows Explorer. However, when i try to open an
effected file/folder through the download program, or through "run..."
they work perfectly. They're all there, i just cant see them.

is better to save the files in another location if you want to use those
files frecuently, some utilities clean the temp files folder or by the time
are replaced by other and you may lose the file you need..You can created a
folder named " My Favorite Downloads" on C\ to storage
