IE7 toolbar got dragged

Default IE7 toolbar got dragged

I somrehow mannaged to drag my toolbar from the bottom of my desktop. It is
now at the right side of my desktop. How can I drag it back to the botttom ?

The same freakin' way. DRAG it (mouse at the top)

Default IE7 toolbar got dragged

That is the Taskbar you are describing.

Right-click on itUntick Lock the Taskbar(if it is ticked!).
Left-click and hold it, and drag it back.
Right-clickLock the Taskbar.

IE7 toolbar? Do you mean the task bar?

Although by default the task bar appears on the bottom of the screen,
it can be on any of the sides you prefer it on. To move it from any
side to another, simply click on an unused part of it and drag it
where you want it. Be sure to click *within* it, not on the edge;
clicking on the edge and dragging will resize it.

If it won't move, it may be locked. In that case, right click on it
and uncheck "Lock the taskbar," then try again.
