Error Number: 0x80040707

Hello,

I installed Huawei Data card driver in Windows XP Professional 32 bit
machine. It throws an error "0x80040707 . Description: Dll function call
crashed: devsetup.Install. Setup will now terminate"

The same set up works fine in another machine. What are the causes for above
error and how to resolve it.
