Power saving HDD

I have 3 HDD,s and running XP Pro SP3 and want to turn power off on 2 of
these drives, 1 HDD is the sys drv
and the other 2 are for backup (ghost Volumes Etc) my question is how to
turn off power after 10 mins on these 2 HDD
I am sure that I was able to do this previously_______thanking all
