Default Taskbar too high

I do not know what I did, but my taskbar is twice the height that it used to be.

Unlock it, grab the top edge and drag it down.

Any chance you changed the icon size?

Right click the Taskbar | Select Lock the taskbar to unlock it | Left click an empty area of the Quick Launch area and select View | Select Small Icons

View will not appear in the menu if the Taskbar is locked.

Grab the small vertical divider to the right of the "Start" button and drag it straight
downwards to the bottom layer.
