Default Same updates

If the corresponding C:\WINDOWS\$NtUninstallKB2892075$ is deleted, does Automatic Updates re-install it.

It seems like I am getting the same updates ?

Thanks.

Andy I understood you the first time

But the New updates files can be bigger
or smaller Then the old ones
