Default Yahoo website?

Is anybody able to login to Yahoo mail today? I have tried using this
but no luck he

http://mail.yahoo.com

The CSS file doesn't load at all and the links don't work either.

Done everything from my end, cleared the cache using FF's tools and also
using windows explorer but still no luck here.

Even IE11 is the same problem.

OK ignore this. Manage to get in by first clearing the cache using
Windows Explorer and rebooting the machine.

May be some rogue script in the memory.

the problem I was having was that the page opens but it wasn't formatted
correctly because the CSS file wasn't downloading correctly. I then
cleared the cache and rebooted the system and it worked so the cache was
corrupted and nothing was working on Yahoo.
