Default please help

hi all
im hopeing someone out their can help me???
well i dont know where to start ok first is ive have a hacker i dont know
how to get rid off him, what he has done is taking over email accounts of my
own and some off my freinds eaither hotmail or yahoo he has even change
passwords on other web sites witch i use quite frequently i know he has been
recording my msn messanger chats and be getting my emails because sometimes
the bounce back for his account being to full. at first i thought he was
useing a keylgger planted on my pc so i wiped my hard drive clean started all
over again but to no avail the email address is the same but password been
change ive been lucky that all he dose is change the password an not the
secret question. i just dont know what to do.
ive recently change my ip address and change email accounts as well i still
cant give him the flick ive even went as far as going to another pc an useing
that one but to no avail he is back i just cant get rid off him its happening
to a few of my freinds aswell an my missis also to no one knows any off our
passwords and we all have change them frequently, ok about my pc i use norton
2005, i run spybot search destroy, ada ware personel, norton firewall and a
program called norton ghost, iesp2,norton password manager i run regular
checks with all at least once every 3 days with only the normal stuff coming
up like tracking cookie etc no big bici.
ive tryed lots of other ways to like changeing different browser to sercured
ones etc
but iv run out of ideas i just want to go about my business knowing that
someone isnt taking away my privacy i do realise nothing can be sercured but
their must be away to stop this person.

please help me anyone

the recent reply i have had it isnt spyware on the pc ive already had a tech
to have a look at he is quite good he has even discovered that its not
spyware but the hacker is getting all the info from my routor or virtual
computor or a direct source of the net please dont send me advive on spyware
as we have already ruled this out thankyou

You got answers to your first post. Don't multiple-post like this.
Either completely cover your pc, speakers, mouse and keyboard with
aluminum foil or make sure you don't get your meds mixed up. This can't
happen unless a "friend" is doing it to you. If you think this is
happening on a freshly formatted drive with XP clean-installed and you
did *not* connect to the Internet without a firewall and av in place
and you are all alone in the house, then this is not a technical
problem and you should not be looking for answers in a newsgroup.

You are hacking into my computer . I'm very confused. My gmail is hooked to this I believe. Going to Apple you may respond
