lexmark x73 problems

I am having trouble with the color portion of my printer.
I refilled the color side, but when I use the print test
or any other test only the black ink part works. No color
at all. I have sent e-mail msg to lexmark for help, but I
have not hurd from anyone yet. Please if someone could
help me I sure would be very greatful. vanessa
