Can't get connected with a Modem

I use an ADSL modem to get connected with internet. But I
also have a dial modem installed on my computor. I intend
to use this modem TP-Link TM-IE5638AL to send fax from my
computor. I have installed related modem driver. But my
XP tells me it has not detected such a modem. Please help
me fix the problem.
