Lexmark X85 won't print at all since upgrade

Try following the instructions from Cori Bright
www.coribright.com/windows/article%20One.htm. I was able
to print only one or two pages before getting "failed to
print message." The problem seems to be related to have
the printer installed and connected during an upgrade.
My HP 7550 works great now. Good luck.
